Is there a minimum order?
No, there is no minimum order. If you have not tried our product before, and unsure of what to select, please call or email us, we would be happy to assist you and provide recommendations.


Delivery Service

When do you deliver?
We deliver from Monday to Friday. You can select from two delivery windows:
Afternoon, 12pm - 5pm (TBC)
Evening, 7pm - 10pm

What are the delivery charges?
Standard delivery to one destination is $14.
Delivery Specific Date for Inbound Travelers is $35 (To Town, Hotels, Service Apartments only).
Delivery VIP is $35 (Specific Day / Within 3 Hours Window).
Delivery is FREE for purchases above $220 in a single order (excluding delivery charges). 

What are the modes of payment? 
We accept credit card, bank transfer or cash (self-collection).

When is the earliest I can receive my items after ordering?
You may receive your items one to two day after you have placed your orders. However, as we deliver only specific zone for a day, final confirmation will be advised upon completion of ordering and payment.

Areas that delivery service is not provided?
Anywhere in Singapore except Ubin Island, military areas, Sentosa (island-fee applicable) and Jurong Island. 

How are my items packed for delivery?
It is wrapped using paper bag and packed in cooler bags with ice packs. It is then placed in a bag secured by freezing system (-15 degrees Celsius). 

Will you call me if I am absent during delivery/pickup time?
An absent note will be left at the door or we may drop you a phone call and please make an arrangement for re-delivery as described on the absent note or.

Are there any charges for re-delivery?
Re-delivery charges apply. You will need to reschedule the new delivery timing with our service provider. 

Are there any charges for delivery cancellations?
A cancellation fee of $20 applies. 

Self-collection Information

Can I collect my orders instead of having them delivered?
You may collect your items from our store at 1 Bedok Reservoir View, #01-07, Aquarius By The Park with an appointment time within our pick up hours of 12pm - 5pm, Monday to Friday. 

Can I pick up at shopping malls or MRT stations?
No picking up of items in undefined places such as shopping malls, MRT stations and airports. 

How soon can I pick up my orders?
You may collect your items between one and two days after placing your order. You will receive an email informing that your items are ready for collection.
Is cooler bag/box provided for self-collection?
No, please bring your cooler bag or ice box along with you. Otherwise, please put them in a freezer within 1 hour from the time of collection.

Preparation, Feeding & Storage

Are we halal certified?
No, we did not attain the certification however, we do not serve pork and we uses only Muis Certified ingredients in our kitchen.

Return Policy

All food dispensed are considered sold and due to safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot take them back. For refunds of food yet dispensed, an administrative charge of $15 or 30% applies, whichever higher.  We will send you final refund amount via email.
